AGAIN! Judges and Law Enforcement MISTREAT ABUSED WOMAN – Judge Troiano/ State Atty. Brian Hass

Ya know… domestic violence victims are called “CRAZY” alot. As I have stated before we are dealing with PTSD, terror, closeted harassment, and the worst abuse imaginable. All the while, desperately seeking help and desperately seeking someone of authority to help us. We use ALL the resources we have TO STAY ALIVE. But today I am going to call “JUDGES” and law enforcement “CRAZY”. It’s past time for that word to be handed to those that allow the “CRAZY” to continue, knowingly. Two of the “CRAZIEST” happened this week to ABUSED WOMEN. And I am pretty pissed about it:

~The family court judge also said the victim should have been told that pressing charges would destroy the accused’s life.
The 16-year-old girl was visibly intoxicated, her speech slurred, when a drunk 16-year-old boy sexually assaulted her in a dark basement during an alcohol-fueled pajama party in New Jersey, prosecutors said.
The boy filmed himself penetrating her from behind, her torso exposed, her head hanging down, prosecutors said. He later shared the cellphone video among friends, investigators said, and sent a text that said, “When your first time having sex was rape.”
But a family court judge said it wasn’t rape. Instead, he wondered aloud if it was sexual assault, defining rape as something reserved for an attack at gunpoint by strangers.
He also said the young man came from a good family, attended an excellent school, had terrific grades and was an Eagle scout. Prosecutors, the judge said, should have explained to the girl and her family that pressing charges would destroy the boy’s life.~

The next failure of JUSTICE occurred on a woman trying to save her life and possibly others. Courtney Irby DID THE RIGHT THING. She used ALL HER RESOURCES TO SAVE HER LIFE and maybe others. She took her husbands guns during her domestic abuse hell and turned them over to the police.

~ A Florida woman who took her estranged husband’s guns after his arrest and turned them over to the police will be charged with misdemeanor trespassing instead of theft and burglary, a prosecutor said Wednesday~

~The Irbys had gotten into an argument at their child’s day camp last month, and Joseph Irby followed his wife’s car, tapping it three times at low speed, Haas said. Deciding she and her children needed to leave the area, Courtney Irby went with a friend to Joseph Irby’s home to retrieve a luggage key. Because of frustration that her husband had “cleaned out” their bank account, Courtney Irby took two watches and a GoPro camera with the intent to sell them, as well as items belonging to her children. She also took the two guns, Haas said. When Courtney Irby returned to her home to finish packing, another friend found out about the guns and told Courtney Irby she should turn them over to the police, which she did, Haas said. Courtney Irby was arrested at the police station and spent almost six days in the jail in Bartow, located midway between Tampa and Orlando. Divorce “brings out the absolute worse in people,” the prosecutor said. “If my office gets into the business of husbands and wives disputing over property, I’m going to have to hire 10 more lawyers.

STATE ATTORNEY BRIAN HAAS SHOULD BE PUT IN JAIL. He’s “CRAZY.” That’s what I think. And an inhumane BEAST.

Courtney Irby and her children NEED HELP. My abusive ex Richard Zona Jr. STOLE MY LIFE and signed my name, multiple times. That’s FRAUD. Crimes are CRIMES, committed in marriage or not. If Brian Haas is so short on lawyers then why arrest Courtney Irby for trying to do the RIGHT THING?
